Old Business:

The Austin County Courthouse tower installation is scheduled for Friday April 5th at 1 PM.  All who can join are welcome.  Needed items will be long ropes, pulleys, gloves, cable cutter and wrenches.

The Command vehicle radios will arrive in mid April and need to be installed.  There will be two 460MHZ repeaters, one VHF radio and one cross-band VHF/UHF radio along with five antennas to mount.  This needs to be completed by May 15th so the unit can be used on May 18 for the march.

New Business:

The MS-150 bike ride is April 20th and Mike Hardwick, N5VCX, needs all of the operators he can find.  Current volunteers are Wade, Industry; Dave, Nelsonville; Carl and Dan, the fair grounds.

Mike wants to  install the .88 machine on the Clens road tower before the ride if he can get it put together in time.  Help will be needed for that.

Election candidates of 2002/2003 officers must be presented at the next meeting so it can be published and voted on during the May meeting.  Our year ends May 31st and the new officers take over in June.

The Brenham Ham Swap Meet is scheduled for Saturday, March 30, 8 AM to 12 Noon.
